Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the sheet metal, machining and assembly for my client based in Aylesbury. They have a long history and exciting new products. It serves a broad range of
industries but is particularly focused upon electrical machine cooling in the
oil, gas, power and process industries. After a period of substantial growth
and success, including the recent acquisition of another business, they are
now looking for individuals who, in the following positions, will facilitate the
achievement of the companies success.

Working on the late shift, you will lead and control a small team manufacturing sheet metal parts and machined components. You will need to be able to read engineering drawings and demonstrate a good
working knowledge of the operation of CNC machines, punch, press brake, guillotine and other associated machinery.
