Job Description
Are you fully CeMAP qualified with a proven track record in Mortgage Sales? Are you looking for a role where you can be rewarded for your efforts with true earning potential?
Working for a Nationwide, established and growing brand, you will be based in a local Branch with excellent lead generation opportunity. You will work closely with a team of negotiators to maximise lead opportunities. The company additionally has a larger Client bank and you will also be able to convert your own existing Client bank. Completing fact finds and ensuring compliance you will work to achieve Mortgage Sales targets and maximise cross sales.
Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is essential with full CeMAP. Proven experience of consistent performance is essential. Brokerage, Bank/Building Society experience, Estate Agency or Independent experience will be considered. As long as you can demonstrate a consistent and proven Mortgage Sales track record we want to hear from you. Self motivation, strong customer service and a hunger to succeed are essential!!
