Exchange Street are continuing to work with one of the pre-eminent names in the wealth management arena, a firm that have been at the forefront of the move to a fee based approach utilising ethical, highly qualified financial planners. Given the fee based approach, the average case value remains high with the work focusing on investment planning, tax mitigation and specialist pensions.
The organisation is able to sustain additional, high quality consultants across the UK who can add value to the business. Given the provision of clients and introducers, the framework is in place for consultants to write and earn considerable amounts, especially given the technical support function on hand.
To be considered applicants must have the diploma as a minimum (no application can proceed without this) and be fully committed to ongoing professional development to Chartered status. A strong track record of providing advice to HNWIs within the independent arena is also a pre-requisite. This is a firm that expects an individual to be focused on securing new business, so any applicant with a successful track record of winning new business via professional connections, or has their own high quality client bank, will be at an advantage.
The successful candidates will benefit from a brand and depth of client bank beyond that of the majority of wealth managers, working for a company with a clear focus on its direction and the values it has. Salaries are extremely competitive reflecting not just the quality required but also the commitment the firm places in its staff.
