Role:- Commercial Manager/ Systems Manager (Engineering) Salary:- 60,000- 65,000pa Our client is seeking a commercial Manager with experience working within an engineering/ transport organisation Your duties will include:- Managing profit and loss for all commercial systems including Sales, after sales, marketing and administration Maximising profitability for the company and managing areas of weakness Supervise line managers including Fleet management and Sub-contractors Managing company pricing in relation to the current market Identifying ways to grow the business Be able to think strategically and have emphasis on business acumen Working closely with engineers, assessing productivity Person specification:- Experience in a leadership capacity Knowledge of working with Engineers Financial experience Strategic focus The ideal candidate will also have an Engineering qualification- or similar.
