Job Description
Our client is a well-established, fee based IFA practice with close links to a large accountancy firm in Manchester that provides a large number of high quality leads. Due to continued growth caused by securing further joint ventures with professional firms across the North West, they now require an additional experienced IFA to join the team.
As a firm that has embraced fee based planning they believe in providing the best possible service to their clients, a range of HNW individuals and corporates. Such work is completely bespoke and covers all areas of the spectrum including investment planning, IHT mitigation, Drawdown/SIPPs and business/personal protection.
It is therefore imperative that applicants not only have a demonstrable track record of success in the independent arena, but they also believe strongly in the approach and values adopted by the firm. This means their staff are wholly committed to attaining Chartered status and would expect any new advisor to want to achieve the same.
Candidates will also have first class developmental skills as this role will entail working closely with the firm's joint ventures to generate a steady flow of new business. Whilst this is being achieved it is expected that any applicant will have the means necessary to support themselves and to that end having a small client bank would be extremely advantageous.
In order to provide the best possible earnings and empower that individual to develop other avenues of business, our client is proposing an employed contract, a tailored bonus structure and the potential to buy equity in the firm after 12 months
