The successful candidate for the Hospital Representative position will be required to demonstrate the following: Main Responsibilities: + To maximise direct and indirect sales of Company Corneal products + To influence and persuade all fitters, opticians, buyers, and associated staff using structured selling techniques + To maximise the levels of sales, use and recommendation of Company products with opticians within the designated territory through the tactical use of marketing funds + To ensure all worthwhile optician outlets, including all direct accounts, are called on, on a regular basis according to importance and level of fit using a Territory Journey Plan + To maintain full and proper records for each account including customer contact information on the database Skills/Experience: + Educated to Degree level or equivalent + Previous experience with Ophthalmology + Experience in Territory Management + Must live on Territory + A minimum of 2 years experience of pharmaceutical/medical device sales + In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, selling process, and NHS market-place + Excellent communication skills + Great time management skills + Valid UK Driving Licence This is a fantastic opportunity, securing the successful candidate a role within a reputable global organisation.
